Awesome for small parties where you need just a few burgers and dogs to keep your guests entertained. A awesome grill for a small house or apartment where you don't have access to a real grillMy absolute favorite way to cook is outdoor on a charcoal grill. So you can imagine how disappointed I become as I long for a grilled steak during the cold Fall/Winter months. So when I learned of this option for indoor grilling, it was a must to try..... and boy did it deliver to my needs!While this certainly is not replacing my charcoal flavor, this does an AMAZING job of grilling food evenly. I have done both a ribeye and a salmon. Both done to perfection, evenly cooked throughout and super moist! I was actually very surprised my salmon came out as well as it did. I set the grill to 425, set the salmon skin side down and about 16 mins later it was a perfect 145 at the thickest point. All I used was a blackened spice rub and it was phenomenal!So thats the general performance, but here is where the most magical piece comes in - this removes all the smoke and has very little grease. If you have ever tried a steak in a skillet you know it splatters grease everywhere and leaves your home smokey and smelly. Not the case here! Everything is kept down with the fan as you cook away. Then Clean up is super simple. I just hand washed the removable pieces with soap and a rag. Everything not stick so only took minutes. The actual heating element is covered by the grilling plate so that remains squeaky clean. This is so easy to use, easy to clean, and the cooked food comes out perfectLove this grill. Easy peasy to put together & clean up post grilling. Good cooks evenly & taste amazing. Zero smoke smell. When frying burgers in a pan the smoke ? can be overwhelming inside but not with this champ. I highly recommend this product.
